AP-SOLAR.COM is an internet based wholesale business selling hardware and providing software services to it dealers and resellers. The hardware sold is subject to a manufacturer’s warranty of 1 year free replacement in case of defects and non-performance. Occasionally we may sell individual items to non-dealer customers. In all cases involving non-wholesale business transactions, we have a fair and reasonable Return Policy Agreement which includes the following:

	Accept eligible returns within 30 days of customer receiving order.
	Clearly label a non-returnable item as such in the product description.
	Refund the money in the same way the customer originally paid.
	Process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return.
	Charge no more than 15% of original purchase price restocking fee.
	Pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept all returned items when the return is a result of our error.

For wholesale transactions we obide by manfufacturer's warranty for replacement of non performing equipment.
